Advanced Cohort
The NJPASA Advanced Cohort is offered to those administrators who participated in the New Director's Cohort.
The Advanced Cohort program includes:
- Yearly membership fee included
- Four full day cohort seminar trainings
- Drop-In virtual "Front Porch" discussions throughout the year
- Mini Legal Seminar (March 12, 2027 in PM in conjunction with AM Cohort seminar)
- NJAPSA Director's Academy full day conference (January 22, 2027)
- Innovations in Special Education (I-SET) full day Conference (February 26, 2027)
- Continued Mentoring throughout the year

The Advanced Cohort will be meeting on the following dates for full-day seminars:
December 4, 2026 9:00am - 3:00 pm @ Oyster Point, Red Bank, NJ
January 8, 2027 9:00 am- 3:00 pm @Hillsborough Municipal Building, Hillsborough, NJ
March 12 , 2027 9:00 am- 3:00 pm Forsgate County Club, Monroe NJ
April 9, 2027 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Hillsborough Municipal Building, Hillsborough, NJ
Note: The Cohort program fee does NOT include the NJPSA/FEA Director's Toolkit or the NJASA Spring Leadership Conference.
NJAPSA Cohort Level III
For information about the newly established NJAPSA Cohort Level III please contact marcigrabelle@njapsa.org. Level III is available to anyone who has completed the New Administrators/Directors Cohort and the Advanced Cohort.
